ALREADY BOOKED VIRGIN? CRUISE SPICY. 🍍
Add Spicy Vacations as your travel agent on an eligible Virgin Voyages reservation, then request access to your sailing’s Spicy community.
We don’t charge a travel-agent fee to book or help manage your Virgin Voyages reservation. Virgin Voyages pays us a commission, so you get our help without paying us an extra service fee.
Adding Spicy Vacations to an eligible existing reservation does not mean buying your cruise again. Ask Virgin to confirm your existing fare, promotions and credits when making the change.
Virgin’s published policy allows an agent transfer within 30 days of creating the reservation, provided it has not been paid in full. Virgin Voyages confirms whether your particular booking qualifies.
If your booking is older, paid in full, or part of a tour-operator package, contact us before making changes. Do not cancel and rebook just to change agents.
You’ll need your booking number, ship, departure date and the names of the travelers on the reservation.
Call 954-488-2955 and ask Sailor Services to add Spicy Vacations as the travel agent on your reservation.

Ask Virgin to confirm that Spicy Vacations and Matt Garry are now attached to your reservation. Ask them to confirm your cabin, fare, promotions and any existing credits before completing the transfer.
Once Spicy is attached, your reservation will be added to the Spicy Vacations group. Website community access is a separate step: sign in to My Spicy, select your sailing and request community access. We’ll verify the reservation before approving your access and displaying the private Telegram invitation.
If you don’t yet have website access, email info@spicyvacations.com with your ship and departure date so we can help.
Tell Virgin that an agent is already attached and ask which transfer process applies. Virgin must confirm the change; having a My Spicy account alone does not transfer your reservation.
Tell Virgin you have an MNVV placeholder and ask how to attach Spicy Vacations and Matt Garry before choosing or booking your sailing. Ask them to confirm the applicable benefits and transfer requirements for your offer.
Hosted Community Cruises: sailings with Spicy hosts and organized community activities.
Community Cruises: sailings with a Spicy community but no official Spicy host onboard. Hosted activities are not promised on these sailings.
